The artclub @ Supperclub

Not just an exposition.....

A few times a year the Supperclub, Amsterdam and soon Los Angeles, transforms into an art gallery with art of famous (inter) national artists, under the name The Artclub @ Supperclub. Micky Hoogendijk, the initiator of the art club, lets us get familiar with ‘The view of the Artist’ and shows the public the background of the works.

With a drink and bite you can explore the exhibition and be part of an interview between Micky and the artist. Afterwards there is room for a Q&A with the artist.

Enno Rijpma

Enno worked hard the last years to become one of Holland's most talented Portret Photographers. He works for all the important public magazines and captured the essence of the Dutch celebrities.

Now he takes it one step further. In his exhibition 'The silent Eye' he captures the essence of life that is around us on a daily basis, but that we don't see or are unaware of, simply because it can't be seen.

The ultimate beauty of this existence isn't somewhere else, not in the future, not in other people, not in the other, not in the special. The beauty lies in the detail, in yourself, in the silence. As long as you are aware of it.

Enno's work was shown in the Supperclub Amsterdam, sunday april 5th through sunday april 9th.
